Hi, I'm Adia!

As a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with a Master's degree from a top-ranked Educational Psychology program in the country, I've had the opportunity to gain training, knowledge, and experience working with multiple stakeholders to provide collaborative consultation, evaluation, and mentorship within communities and schools.

Over the past 15 years supporting families and schools, my impact has touched the lives of over 5,000 children, families, and educators.

As a Trained Mediator with Advanced IEP/ARD Meeting Facilitation Certification, I've spent over 1,000 hours facilitating collaborative problem-solving meetings and child-centered discussions for educators and parents in public, charter, and private schools.

I've invested 10 years in my own higher education to learn about psychology, human behavior and development, communication, systems, and more.

I've spent over 500 professional development hours to further my understanding of children's learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs to help them thrive both in and out of the school environment.

My training programs are designed to increase educator satisfaction, retention, and collaboration.
This is done by providing specific step-by-step exercises and experiences through mentorship and connection.
I help educators and leaders in education increase their
self-awareness, develop healthy self-care habits, improve communication skills, and gain confidence navigating the immensity of everyday expectations working in education.
